Qualification : Applicants must complete Degree through open Universities/Distance Education Mode needs to be recognized by DistanceEducation Council, IGNOU as on 01/08/2013.
Age Limit : Applicants age must be between 18 years to 27 years as on 01/08/2013. Age Relaxation will be applicable for SC/ST 5 years ,OBC 3 years for 10 years for PH applicants 13 years for PH OBC applicants and 15 years for PH St/SC applicants.
